How will my hamper be packaged for postage?
Your hamper will be wrapped in tissue paper before being put into a sturdy mailing box that is filled with biodegradable peanut void fillers to protect your hamper contents during postage.
Will the hamper recipient know that the hamper was sent by me?
Each hamper comes with a complementary gift card and will include the message you provided us when you placed your order. If you haven't provided us with a gift card message, we will use a generic message and sign it with your name. The recipient will always know that the hamper was sent by you.
Can I pay over the phone?
You can absolutely pay over the phone and you can reach us on 0410301527. We are usually busy putting hampers together, running to the post office or sourcing products from suppliers so please leave a message or drop us an email if you cannot get hold of us and we will call you back as soon as possible.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take extreme care when packaging our hampers and it is very rare but things are out of our hands once our hampers leave the warehouse and can sometimes get damaged along the way for one reason or another. In that case please send us a photo within 14 business days of hamper receipt clearly showing the damage and we will then send you the item that was damaged or a similar replacement item if the original item is out of stock.
